After moving into their new warehouse, Altecnic wanted to ensure the site was safe and efficient from day one. Their priority was to separate pedestrian walkways from forklift traffic and clearly define safe routes.

There were two challenges to overcome:

- Floor surface water in certain areas created slip risks and made line marking more difficult.

- Concrete conditions weren’t ideal for barrier installation, making it harder to secure the system without causing damage.

Altecnic needed a partner who could handle both line marking and barriers, and deliver a complete solution despite the site limitations.

The Solution:

Clarity Safety designed and delivered a complete pedestrian safety system tailored to Altecnic’s site.

We supplied and installed:

Pedestrian polymer barriers to create clear segregation from forklift routes
Low-level barriers for additional protection in high-traffic areas
Gates for controlled access points
Floor stickers and floor tape to mark and reinforce walkways throughout the facility

This combined solution gave Altecnic a safer, more organised site layout, reducing the chance of collisions and improving confidence for both staff and visitors.
