Managing Director
Damian’s career started in operations for Whitesales, a national UK business that designed and installed roof lights for both commercial and home properties. Having experience from the Coal Face of production through to being the Director of Operations then making his way over to a more commercial role and becoming the company’s Sales Director. Damian brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in team management and leadership which he passes on to clients with a solid link to visual management ensuring an engaging plan for success is developed across all parts of the organisation.
Damian’s client list includes both public and private sector organisations, all of which are spread across multiple locations both in the UK and overseas. Damian spends time understanding the challenges our clients are facing before providing a realistic and thoughtful visual management strategy to complement their Lean journey and secure buy-in.
Alongside consulting to our suite of major multinational clients, Damian directs the company and provides leadership to Clarity’s team of hardworking and dedicated professionals. Damian is a practical hands-on thinker, communicator and coach who provides a clear vision for both clients and the Clarity Visual Management team.

Passionate about running and all things sporty, she’s not afraid to break a sweat, whether it’s on the track or tackling new challenges at work.
With her agile mindset and dynamic approach, Calvina effortlessly keeps up with the fast-paced world of sales and admin tasks, leaving everyone else in the dust……

Caleb is an absolute power-house! From the moment he first joined us, he has been coming up with a plethora of new ideas and ways of working. Caleb is not just a professional in the manufacturing space, he’s also known for his infectious enthusiasm and vibrant personality. With a love for problem-solving and a knack for creativity, Caleb brings a fresh perspective to every project he is involved in; whether its sales or marketing.
Outside of his work, you’ll find him at one of his many BBQ’s. He says he owns 4, but we think it’s really 6!

Like a silent submarine, lurking below the waves, Alana moves quietly around the office taking everything in. Then, suddenly, when we are least suspecting it, Alana will release her latest salvo of creative ingenuity. Regularly blowing our socks off with marketing masterpieces, carefully crafted social media content, or powerful presentations, we never know what she will surprise us with next.
However, Alana somehow manages to achieve all this, and still find time to prepare your quotations, support our Sales team, and ensure Damian is ready with all he needs for their next client presentation.

With her contagious enthusiasm and an innate ability to approach every project with positivity and creativity, Allana is the driving force behind our teams memorable and enjoyable ventures.
She is truly an asset to the team as she strives day in and day out to deliver each and every Factory Fit Out Project with an untiring commitment to precision and total client satisfaction.
Alana has also introduced us to ‘FAT Fridays’ where once a week we all eat really unhealthy lunches without even a hint of a bad conscience…

Kate ensures our clients receive the highest quality solutions, delivered within the agreed timeframes, and at the very best value. She manages to do all this while keeping our team here amused by her dry wit and insistence on never failing to look on the bright side …whatever the weather, or how busy the day!
Kate’s passion for her job, and her loyalty to all our customers, means she can successfully take projects through the design and shipping process every time. Many years of experience in previous roles managing both supply chains and customer service in the public and private sector, has given Kate such huge volumes of skill and knowledge that she does all this with consummate and unruffled ease!
